XTRAIM day/night weapon sight is both the disem-barked combatants and Special Forces' ally of choice. XTRAIM has convinced several armies and has proven itself on the battlefield.
Compact and lightweight, XTRAIM combines a reflex red-dot sight with thermal imaging technology. Its unmatched ability to uncover threats during the day and at night, could only previously be achieved with the use of several separate pieces of equipment. XTRAIM is compatible with all 5.56 mm and 7.62 mm calibers, such as assault rifles (HK416, HK417, AK74) and light machine guns.
It can remain on the weapon at all times and be used with Night Vision Goggles during night missions, providing soldiers with a unique I²/IR fusion capability.
XTRAIM offers its users the tactical superiority necessary in order to complete complex missions, both day and night, in challenging, fast-changing environments.
The sight's built-in infra-red (IR) detector can be switched on with the push of a button, allowing the quick neutralisation of targets in darkness, whilst keeping both eyes open. Thereby offering soldiers a crucial advantage when entering dark spaces during the day.
